Consent to personal data processing for web analytics

This consent is issued separately from other documents (Article 9(1) of Russian Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data", the "Law"). It is given by clicking "Accept" in the cookie banner on https://inquir.org.
By clicking "Accept", I freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the operator named in Section 1 processing my personal data on the terms below.
1. Operator
Кубарский Александр Вячеславович (Kubarskii Aleksandr Vyacheslavovich), taxpayer ID (INN) 781152376151, self-employed, payer of the professional income tax. Email: info@inquir.org.
2. Data processed
- cookie identifiers and similar identifiers assigned by the analytics services;
- IP address;
- browser and device data: browser type and version, operating system, device type, screen resolution, language;
- the addresses of the public pages of https://inquir.org you view and of the referring page (without personal parameters), the date and time of the visit, actions on the page (link clicks, clicks, scrolling).
No data from the console, sign-in or invitation pages is processed: analytics does not run there. Session recording (Webvisor) is not used.
3. Purpose
Traffic statistics for the public pages of the website and improving the website and the Inquir Compute service. The data is not used for decisions with legal effects or for marketing emails.
4. Actions and method
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, use, transfer (provision, access) to the analytics services in Section 5, anonymisation, blocking, deletion, destruction. Mixed processing, with transfer over the Internet.
5. Analytics services
Analytics uses the Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics services.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. The consent is valid for 12 months from clicking "Accept", or until it is withdrawn if that happens earlier. After it expires, the banner is shown again.
6.2. You can withdraw the consent at any time: with the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the website's pages ("Decline" button) or by email to info@inquir.org. After withdrawal analytics is no longer loaded, and analytics cookies and Yandex Metrica data in the browser that the website can reach are deleted. The operator stops processing the personal data obtained under the consent within the period set by Article 21(5) of the Law.
6.3. Declining (the "Decline" button) does not limit access to the website or the service.
