Terms of use

These Terms govern the use of https://inquir.org and the Inquir Compute cloud platform (the "Service") provided by Кубарский Александр Вячеславович (Kubarskii Aleksandr Vyacheslavovich), taxpayer ID (INN) 781152376151, self-employed, payer of the professional income tax (the "Provider"). By registering or using the Service you accept these Terms.
1. Scope
1.1. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including free plan users.
1.2. Paid plans are provided under the Public offer. Where these Terms and the Offer differ, the Offer prevails for paid plans.
1.3. Personal data processing is described in the Personal data processing policy.
2. Account
2.1. Using the platform requires an Inquir ID account with a confirmed email address. Compute resources are available only after the address is confirmed.
2.2. You provide accurate details, keep your password, API keys and access tokens secret and are responsible for actions taken with them. Report unauthorised access to info@inquir.org.
2.3. The Service is intended for people aged 18 and over.
3. Free plan
3.1. The free plan is provided within the limits listed on the Pricing page. Free plan sign-ups may be restricted or granted on request; the Provider may change its limits or discontinue it with at least 10 calendar days' notice.
3.2. Unless restricted under Section 3.1, for a new user the free plan is provided automatically for 14 (fourteen) calendar days after the email address is confirmed and the user first signs in to Inquir Compute, once per user and per account (for all the workspaces the user owns). After this period a paid plan is needed to continue: compute stops and resources can no longer be created or changed, but data is not deleted immediately, and work can be resumed once a plan is paid for.
4. Acceptable use
4.1. The acceptable use rules in Section 9 of the Offer apply to all use of the Service, including the free plan. The Provider may suspend access for a breach.
5. Your data and code
5.1. Rights to the code, applications and data you host remain yours. The Provider uses them only to run the Service.
5.2. You keep your own backups. After account deletion or termination of access, data may be deleted (Section 10 of the Offer).
6. Liability
6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Provider makes reasonable efforts to keep it running but does not guarantee it is free of failures. For the free plan the Provider is not liable for interruptions or data loss, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.
6.2. Liability for paid plans is set out in Section 13 of the Offer.
7. Stopping use
7.1. You can stop using the Service at any time and ask for your account to be deleted by emailing info@inquir.org. Refunds for paid plans follow Section 11 of the Offer.
8. Changes
8.1. The Provider may change these Terms by publishing a new version on this page with its effective date. Users are notified of material changes by email at least 10 calendar days in advance.
8.2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation; disputes are resolved as set out in Section 16 of the Offer.
